Patient portal with the Patient's Own Registration (PER)
The Patient's Self-Registration (PER) is an internet service where patients in the Swedish Neuroregister can fill in different functional scales about their condition to contribute data to care. Examples of such scales are the INCAT and iRODS scales, EQ-5D-5L and RAND36 scales.

Instruction to patients: It is now possible to register in the Patient's Own Registration (PER) for inflammatory polyneuropathy.

Start reporting data from home
To get started and register in PER, you must be registered in the Swedish Neuro Register. Contact your nurse or doctor who registers and enter your e-mail and mobile number under Edit basic data / Edit patient profile in the register to be able to receive passwords. You can also log in using BankID if you are already registered in the Swedish Neuro Register.

Report data at the clinic before the reception visit

You can report to PER at your reception via a computer or tablet if they have access to it. Healthcare personnel who are users of the Swedish Neuro-Register can log in to PER as a Caregiver via the website with their usual register login. It is then sufficient for patients to enter their social security number, but they must be registered in the Swedish Neuro Register.
